(Request) Database Quest Script

Can I create a html/php script to connect to database (more precisely to quest_template)

and removing all the quest in the form of html/php.

Can be sorted by name and level.

Something like wowhead but only quest.

So you want a php script that shows all columns present in quest_template in a table or something so you don't have to start a database editor to view it?
