I remember seeing here on the forum mangos, but do not remember the name of the software.

In fact very bad idea Most content of pointed data site can't be directly used without manual recheck.

Do you want it for using it on some sort of WoWHead clone, or like actually use it on a server? Because if you want to use it for a server, it's a really bad idea and there are already databases which are much more complete and reliable available.
