WotLK Expansion problems

I am running a private server on Win7 - MaNGOS/0.17.0-DEV Revision 10382 but cannot run anything in the Wrath of the Lich King expansion. Cannot create a DK even though I have WotLK installed. Client is 3.3.5 (12340). I am thinking there is just a setting I have missed but cannot for anything find it.

In the Realmd DB the Account that I am using has expansion set to 2.

In Mangos.conf:

Expansion is set to 2

HeroicCharactersPerRealm = 5

MinLevelForHeroicCharacterCreating = 0

If I try to create a DK the hover over the Icon says 'Requires Wrath of the Lich King and a level 55 char.'

If I try to .tele Isle of Quel'Danas the chat log posts the message: 'You must have Wrath of the Lich King expansion installed to access this area.'

Client on both machines was installed from WotLK DVD, and has that icon on the Login screen and the char selection screen.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

A cursory search of the forums did not yield anything useful, if I missed the answer please point me to it.

look at accounts table in realmd database. there is field 'expansion', it must be set to 2 in order to get wotlk expansion works
