Help with activating an object in quest_end_scripts

I can't figure out how to activate an object after a quest is completed. The wiki indicates I should use command 13, but it isn't clear what I should put in the rest of the fields in quest_end_scripts. I've been able to get other events to work, just not this one.

The other fields have no meaning.

This Action can only be used with source=Unit, and target=Gameobject

and it does nothing more than (Go)target->Use((Unit)source);

afaik it is for internal use only.
