Just checkout UDB with

svn co [url]https://unifieddb.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/unifieddb/trunk[/url]

and then unzip/unrar/unwhatever UDB_0.12.0_mangos_9582_SD2_1639.zip. Do you know how to apply the update packs? If not, you'd better check @ UDB forums.

Not that any of this is related to mangos...
