DK talents and dual specc flags

Hi,

I was wondering how I can set the deathnight's talent points to 71 as a standard. because my server is configured to be instant 80, but then the DK still have 25 talent points.. fail :blush:

Another thing i was wondering; how can i add the option to buy dual specc to a trainer? i cant find the correct flags for it.. i already managed to add talent resetting to it so the npcflag is 51, how do i add the dual specc?
