I have seen other post like mine , but can't find the problem .

Seeing this let me guess you are using a repack, modified and compiled by somebody else. Its nearly inpossible to say why a server crash when someone has changed something without any documentation. Also, the mangos team cannot afford the time to analyse and fix the errors made by independent repackers.
