Thanks but i Look after a Simple Announcer, this one looks like a Big Core modification.

And i dont know how to Add this into Core, i dont like git realy

This was implemented in MangChat just look through the source, only problem was it even asked if you wanted to join World channel even if you already joined. And force joining is apparently not possible due to client limitations.
