evade problem?

Am I wrong or evade no more works?

I have done some tests and seems that when a mob goes in evade no more recovers its health.

check if the NPC has regenHealth = 1 in DB otherwise this will happen

r10664 - it has been broken (at DB data loading) some commits around this, so just update to more recent.
