Make players to leave channel

Hello,

I currently have a global channel on my server and I want to know how to make all players to leave this channel, maybe erasing something from DB?

It is cause I currently have a lot of testers online, ~800, and I'm thinking that the volume of message sends in the channel make the game server to lag a bit.

Can someone help?

Do you mean the join and leave messages in world?
