[spell=27158] Seal of the crusader

Hi all

Is there spell-fix for http://www.wowwiki.com/Seal_of_the_Crusader (id=27158) ?

Fills the Paladin with the spirit of a crusader for 30 sec, granting 474 melee attack power. The Paladin also attacks 40% faster, but deals less damage with each attack. Only one Seal can be active on the Paladin at any one time.

What's the problem: it doesn't deal less damage with each attack.

And where should I find this effect in sources?

It was removed from World of Warcraft in patch 3.0.2.
