Database Name and Version : YTDB_0.13.8_R560

How it SHOULD work: The bank should be the same for all characters in the same account.

How it DOES work: There is a bank for each character even if the characters are all on the same account.

You wrongly understand bank work. Current way work is expected and correct.

Actually i play on Blizzard's Servers and bank works like now... i don't know if blizz will change it, but for now with 4.0.3a banks still working per character.
