Need help with Magos!

Hi, everyone!

I had finished the installation of mangos and wow(3.3.5a-12340) .

After that, I wanted to test my server whether it runs correctly.

It was OK with starting mangsod.exe and realmd.exe.

I created a GM account for logging in the wow.

I created it like this:

 account create user user 

account set addon user 2 

account set gmlevel user 3 

After that I opened the wow.

However, an error occured.

Your account is authorize for the Wrath of the Lich King expansion, but the computer you are playing on does not contain Wrath of the Lich King data.

I was really confused about it. What should i do for solving the problem?

Since i come from China, please forgive my poor English.

you need to install wrath of the lich king expansion and then update to 3.3.5a before connecting, the vanilla wow or burning crusade expansion upgraded to 3.3.5a includes some of the things needed for wotlk so players who didnt buy the expansion can still connect but wont be able to make a dk or goto northrend

You need to use a client with TBC and WotLK installed, not just 3.3.5.

... which was impossible with the Chinese client last autumn according to our forum posts. Chinese client is somewhere at Burning Crusade (because of skeletons and other offensive stuff). To enjoy the MaNGOS experience others have, you have to use the EnUS/EnGB Client.

You also can disable expansion requirement for account: account set addon user 1
