As nearly as I can tell by searching through the MaNGOS source, the t10 Warlock set bonuses have not yet been implemented.

Anyone feel up to creating a patch?

Many bonuses required just proper data in DB for spell_* tables. So you also can check content of DB.

I'm sure the DB will also need to be checked, but I do not see any code for Warlock t10 bonuses in the core. I used the recently contributed patches for other class t10 set bonuses as a guide for where in the core to look and found nothing similar for Warlocks.
