How it SHOULD work:Dispels can be resisted. In fact, there are two different types of resist-like effects: - Resists (caused by spell hit and resistances) - Fails (caused by what is commonly referred to as "dispel resistance")

How it DOES work: mechanical of resistance(resists) works , but the "fails" does not and should work the same way.

ignoring talent's.... If dispel/purge fails/resists, consequently must also Spellsteal fail/resist and it doesn't. never fails
