Database Name and Version : clean db built from mangos repository files plus some single data for creatures etc. from YTDB database rev. 400+ or something...

How it SHOULD work:

There should be only 10/25 raid difficulties instanced maps for Icecrown Citadel map, there shouldn't be an instantiated map for heroic difficulties, switching to heroic must apply to currently selected raid difficulty (so 10 or 25) and only update entries of boss creatures in that map. Instance ID should be only for 10 or 25 man version.

Players should be able to access raid difficulty switching from portrait menu while in Icecorwn Citadel map.

Icecrown Citadel raid heroic difficulty should be only available if any of raid members has ever killed Lich King (last boss in that instance) on normal difficulty in the difficulty for which the player tries to enable heroic difficulty (so kill Lich King on 25 normal to enable 25 heroic, after killing on 10normal only 10heroic should be available). So there should be a check implemented for heroic difficulties.

How it DOES work:

Players can enter heroic difficulty maps of Icecrown Citadel as separate instanced maps with separate raid lock ID. There is no check if raid leader has the achievement for killing Lich King on given difficulty.

Players can't access raid difficulty switching from portrait menu while in Icecorwn Citadel map.
