Why cant mangos access my Database

Ok first time I have atempted to set up a Mangos server, I have however previously set up a Private L2J server. I had no errors during setup and followed the superb guide in this thread to the letter (with the exception of the MySQL setup as I had already set it up for my L2J server). That said im getting the Folowing when I try to launch the server.

Password deleated but it is the same as the one on my MySQL Directory (I have checked like 3 times) I am runing on Vista (its my old Machine I just use it for runing goof off servers for MMOs I previously played for myself) Any Advice would be greatly apreciated

Did a compleat reinstall of all components and still have the same issue im totaly at a loss here

Update, I know exactly whats hapening (atleast I think I do) I however have no clue as to why its hapening... Decided I had better add a copy of my setup info so people could see what I have atleast.

LoginDatabaseInfo = "127.0.0.1;3306;root;xxxxxxxx;realmd"

WorldDatabaseInfo = "127.0.0.1;3306;root;xxxxxxxx;mangos"

CharacterDatabaseInfo = "127.0.0.1;3306;root;xxxxxxxx;characters"

Pass is definetly the same as in my SQL (checked again just to be sure) so any advice on why access to it is being denied?

This is going to sound silly, but does the host machine have a proper IP that you could make use of rather than 127.0.0.1?

Fixed the database access issue (needed to update mysql yes I feal like an idiot), I have used all the latest downloads (atleast I think its the latest versions) but its telling me the folowing

[ A ] You have: --> `11785_01_mangos_instance_encounters.sql`

[ B ] You need: --> `11831_02_mangos_command.sql`

and it tells me to read the readme in my updates folder did I mess up or are there updates I need to install even if I used the latest versions of everything off the site?

yes, as stated in the README.

You must apply a couple of additional updates to keep core and database in sync.

In your case you have a newer core than the structure of your database is for
