[HELP] World Database (NPC, Quest, etc)

Hello all,

i have now successfully installed my own World of Warcraft Server with Mangos-One for Patch 2.4.3 ...

All fine, but i don't have any NPC's or Quests ... nothing.

I have read, i need the TBC-DB or UDB-Database for my 2.4.3 World-Database ...

I need help with the installing of the Database.

Can you please give me a installation instroduction or tutorial how to install the UDB or TBC-DB World Database?
