Hi, i wanna ask some experienced mangos developer, that's is possible make separate rate for lvl?

What i mean, from lvl 1-20 u get normal Xp x1 byt when u get 21 and more, 21-max u will get all rate x20

sure it is possible.

easiest would be to replace all places where the exp-gain rate is used with a custom function considering the level of the player
