NPC Vendor

I made new NPC and I added items for it from SQL Management Tool and tried .npc additem command either.

I see items only in GM mode, but without GM mode (player/players) can't see that NPC selling stuff, but they can open vendor.

Vendor is empty for players and for GM it's like it should be. What would be the problem and which is easiest way to fix that?

It depends if they are items that classes can use, if the class can't use the item they won't be able to see the item.

GM can see all items.
