[hotfix]prevent crashes in Pet::GetMaxLoyaltyPoints and Pet::GetStartLoyalt

What bug does the patch fix? What features does the patch add?

there have been crashes in the method Pet::GetMaxLoyaltyPoints when level had a wrong value (range of the array is between 0 and 6, so level can be between 1 and 7)

This look like a hack, but pet loyalty was completely removed in 3.0.3. Added to the mangos-0.12 branch.
