Welcome to the forums. The address you are showing is not the address for the code or database. It really depends on which server version you are trying to get.

You could try looking at these links to start with for the server and database and tools etc....

To "download" or rather clone - in git terms - the code, you will a) need git from http://git-scm.com/ and b) use the correct clone address W@WAdict nicely listed above.

If you are new to git, try out http://gitimmersion.com/ which has a nice tour through git, and its usage.

Interesting git clients for Windows are github for Windows from http://windows.github.com/ and SourceTree from https://www.atlassian.com/software/sourcetree/

github for Windows is more user-friendly, SourceTree exposes all of git's features to you.
