Hello there,

this is not a known issue, and I was unable to reproduce the issue with the current core. I level a shaman to 10, quested, bought spells, used various filter settings, and never got to see the issue.

You will have to provide further details. Are you using the latest core, have you modified the trainer spells, etc.?
