anyone that can walk me through 0.18.0 or 0.18.1 setup on skype? please!

Alright, i took my server down after realizing the revision was older than jesus.. Can someone please help me setup a pre-compiled version, or to compile a server of the newest revision.. i have no clue on what to do for any of these cmake packages, or how to even extract the maps etc.. I'm on windows 8, and my skype is ultimatepimpslap, maybe we can even use teamviewer, but please contact me if you can help.
