[How to]multi patch apply?

It always returns error when I try to apply a few patch together (AHbot/AV/outdoor PvP/...) but when i apply a single patch then everything go right. I know the reason why, the question is: Is there anyway i can apply multi patch (dont tell me to manual apply cause i cant )?

Still searching for an answer but it seems to be there is no other way than manually patching which means learning the code structure of both ManGOS, ScriptDev2 and the patches we want to apply.

What i did was to choose only one patch (AHBot) because it is the most important one. Others will be integrated to the source one by one when it is the right time for them?
