Mangostwo devlop21 world db update fail

so i atempted to update the db after it complained its the qrong version and I get this

so it got me scratching my head, wy is it asking for a previous version, and if i redo it all and only go up to 21000_01 it wants the 02 witch is kinda screwed up

Edit, would like to point out that I have downloaded the right repo and done everything nessery for it to work if, redo doing the db and doing one version lower yields a similar result only requesting the previous version before it as well
