First of all you have to Delete the old Gossip Menu options from YTDB with something like this: DELETE FROM `gossip_menu_option` WHERE `option_text` = 'Purchase a Dual Talent Specialization.'; And than add the new once. Remember that in gossip_menu_options can have more entrys with the same entry value !!!
