It work´s fine The Ap of this talent isn´t the 150% of lv + 20% of weapon Ap, but the calculation is right (all Sarjuuk said), so final AP is the real Ap that the druid should to have.

But this talent is only applied for bear and cat forms, so why moonkin form is in the code? It seems the ancient talent, where moonkin form really was in the talent. I wish that this is of help.
