Hello, me again. The database is now setup correctly ( believe so, though) but i have a verry strange error. The realmd en mangosd starts perfectly, but then when i try to login on the client. It just keeps showing the realmlist. It is the exact problem described over here: https://getmangos.eu/community/topic/16701/cant-login-to-server/ It was solved there by using another hosting company. But i have my server here at home in my LAN. Does anyone have a clue what to do now? Greetings, Xanvier.

For people that have the same question: use the database that comes with Mangos start the server it'll tell you what you need to update (for example: [ A ] You have: --> `11785_01_mangos_instance_encounters.sql` [ B ] You need: --> `11831_02_mangos_command.sql` Update the database with the updates Add UDB Add ACID Aaaaand....Done!

So then i'll use: Mangos stuff from /sql (character, mangos, realmd) UDB latest version acid Is this correct? What about the /sql/update directory? wich of them to use? there are so many, do I need to run all of them? Xanvier.

Hello everybody, I compiled everything on my linux server, that was no problem at all. But now comes the hard part, the database! I was lurking on some websites about Mangos, UDB and others, but now I have no clue what to use. Can please someone tells me what to use so it will work on the latest mangos version? (preferably with svn/git links to the scripts) I tried a lot, but nothing really worked. Thanx in advance! Xanvier

I see now that i am running v1.12.1.5875. Can that be the problem? shoud i download the newest wow version from Blizzard? Xanvier

Hello everybody, I am setting up a Mangos server on linux. Everything goes well. But now i'm at the point that i have to extract the maps, and thats where it doesn't work anymore at all... When I run ad.exe it just gives me the message "No locales detected". So i start looking up this problem on the internet. But then i saw people talking about some .bat file. I don't have that Can someone post the source of that batch file so I can still execute it the right way? Thnx in advance! Xanvier.
