I believe you can. I think the process is to install all the 64 bit libraries and then use the appropriate compile flags, something like -m64. But search around the internet first because I don't know if the 64bit libs would over write the 32bit ones.

I thought you had to 'git clone git://......' not http.

Did you try deleting the mangos folder and see what happens?

I can tell you one thing. You will have bigger headache getting people to understand how to import data into oracle. Mysql setup and import is a breeze.

ODBC is problematic namely because of driver issues. Straight TSQL is always better.

Did you install build-essentials, i.e. sudo apt-get install build-essentials

I'm looking for some software that would allow me to change/modify character information in the database 'characters'. This would be from anything like give items, changing level, base stats, spells, money, location, etc. I've seen a few but I'm curious if there is one that is more comprehensive that I haven't seen yet.
