  2. Just wondering if anyone can tell me what prevents for example an undead hunter or night elf paladin? I can change the race of a character easily by changing the value in the character DB but when changed to a combination that won't work on 'live realms' the character won't load - Is this beign enforced by the client or the server core?
  3. Where does bot pull it's list of items from? I'm guessing it's tables with mob loot and chest loot? It seems to be missing anything which is player-crafted and not available as a drop... Is there a way to 'fix' this?
  4. Maybe I'm doing it wrong, what I was doing was pulling the ahbot branch, making the patch then each time there's a new version of mangos, pulling that and applying the patch. Are you saying I should just pull the ahbot branch each time instead? I didn't think it was updated automatically and that Naicisum needed to merge each time?
  5. I'm guessing this is a GM command too from the (.) period before it, is it possible to execute from the mangosd window/prompt at all or is it only available in-game on a GM account? The reason I ask all these questions is that for solo play it's nice to be able to complete the quests in the battlegrounds for a small experience boost, especially the AV ones.

  8. Sorry to necro this old thread but given that this change was commited how does one enable the function in mangosd.conf? mangosd.conf.dist.in makes no mention of it.
  9. Firstly I'd like to say thankyou to Naicisum for their work on this amazing addition to MaNGOS, It really makes the game so much more playable and I love using it. There are a couple of points I'd like to make / questions I'd like to ask however. Firstly I notice that there's never any glyphs posted by the bot, I have the min/max items set to 10000/20000 per-faction and would think this should be enough to see at least one or two. I know this has been mentioned before but perhaps a way to 'up' the % of items which are glyphs would be helpful. Secondly the amount of epic items seems to be a *lot* higher than the 1% - 2% it is set to by default, not sure if there's a problem there. Not a big issue really just something to look at if there's time. and thirdly and finally I know this is a bit of a stretch but would it be impossible to post the .patch file(s) for each revision as a seperate download? I know it's nice to have the entire git branch but it's not the most user-friendly approach to distributing ~150kb of data. I've got my auctionhousebot.patch built and it works great but I'm cringing at the through of having to re-build it if changes to the bot-data are made in the future and simply applying the patch to newer mangos-revisions is pretty effortless Thanks again!
  10. Doesn't fix the issue for me, using mangos 9212 and SD2 1547 with UDB if that matters. Level 11 Undead Rogue with Stealth Rank1 still gets spotted a mile away from lower level mobs. I found a post a while ago saying that Undead Rogues had an issue whereas other Races did not, I haven't tested this yet.
  11. This was obvious to me too, throw only works when the target isn't facing you, and does not work while in combat at all. simple to reproduce, just create a new rogue and throw some daggers at the mobs around the start zone
