    nevermind.. i installed .net framework 3,5 and problem solved, thank you all

    wich version of .net framework do i need?, i have .net framework 2.0 on my server. and microsoft visual c++ 2008 redistributable. x64 i'm sure that it was well compiled, coz in the compiler computer it runs well, but that computer have windows 7.

    Well I have an error with the formulators, this emulator is provided in another pc as a VPS and move to get this error this is configured properly exe which fails on a Windows Server 2003 X64 R2 Service Pack 2
