What Features does this add: I created this for easier setup of my repos. for which repo was this created: Rev: 10377 Light house report: Yes(DaemonCantor), No, No. Who has been writing this: DaemonCantor, Author Unknown, Schmozzard. Part 1) Daemon Cantor was able to fix about half the problems with ACE and Thought others would like his fix. I think the Devlopers should add these to help return to the motto of No Errors/No Warnings since most of what this fixes has been there for close to a year. Part 2) PvP Rewards system to help advance low populace Servers and allow Honor and Money from Duals. I have no clue who wrote the original but I've been maintaining it since. Part 3) Schmozzard's GO fix which is located within this forum and does work quite well...All HAIL the Might Schmozzard!   3. Very good to hear xeross, and glad your back...just one qustion since you've been maintaining this. Is it possible to do as Vladamir wanted and make the ahbot totaly NPC based and cut out the character so he could get it in the core permantly?
  4. Thank you for the feed back and like I've stated before about all I can do is fix minor stuff and make a patch that hopfully people can use.

Yes and the only person I know of working on it is doing their best but they are still learning basic C++, yes he's getting good fast! and the only reason I've figured out thing faster is because of all the ASM programming I've done but he's the one thats done all the C++ writing....Yes I'm talking about you UncleNuke....Have a good day and don't let your eyes go crazy again from all of that reading...
  6. To any that care, I just got ahbot to compile again and fixed the errors in Chat.h and level3.cpp. If you want the patch here it is set for rev 10326. http://daviper.pastebin.org/453749 I did a full patch of xeross's branch.

  9. UnkleNuke, the dualspec I was reffering to is the one in the core....It's trying to delete a small part of it. but like I stated the merge errors are easy to fix but fdb_asked so I gave him/her a true picture of what I've reported to you.
  10. fdb_, I've been testing UncleNuks work sofar and on the working side Zangramarsh needs attention at the last point....it's setup and doesn't work by just clicking the flag at center but right way is to go to respective teams shack at the side get a flag and run it in like BG-WSG...Terrokar Forest gives credit after only 3 towers instead of having to do all 5, Eastern Plauge Lands doesn't work at all, Helfire Doesn't update map after the first one and tower flags are missing(they stay gray) but you get achevement, Sithllis only half works, Skettis doesn't show explosions. Plus now at rev 10317 I'm getting merge errors between ahbot, vehicles, and Dualspec, 4 total 1) Creature.h 2) GossipDef.h 3) Object.h 4) Player.cpp 5) Vehicle.cpp These are easy to fix errors but you asked....

I still have a problem...Folks he's talking about World Looting (Creature Drops) if I read his message correctly and has stated ahbot is working fine. @vladex yes SD2 does have everything to do with looting and so does Acid...where do you think the drop tables really come from...UDB/YTDB makes the base and SD2 and Acid scripts in all of the rest including World Critters...look at some of the base scripts wrote lately, Plus thier making every thing into pools now, Look at your pools_tables, there not ther just for Mining anymore. so like I was getting at his problem is eather the core compiled wrong, something missing, or a messed up Database. The only mods I can think of that would effect the world drops are ones that have drops in the world, ie vehicles, outdoorpvp and he's not running them.

Well...I know ahbot has nothing to do with looting, and I do know ahbot is working perfictly...hmmmm I would have to say reinstall your world database and use eather YTDB or UDB because because other custom db's don't work or you didn't compile your core right...did you remember to compile SD2 after mangos?

Ok, I doo understandwhat your trying to say, all I was commenting about was the bad opcode in the crash report, it's the same one I get with Outdoor PVP and yes it does couse problems on my end. and yes vladex I do agree with you that it's not the vehicles because when I looked at the section with a disassember it is in the movement generator and looks like it could be tied into the packet handler for the client, your error does support a bad or malformed packet eather from the server or from the client but also at that code block other parts transfers data as well like Outdoor PVP(the wait timer for you to dismount), Playerbot's movement AI, standard mounts, and PetAI, the biggest hurdle is figguring out which move long::32 it really is causing it, theres 37 of them along with 48 variables. Sorry it's easyer for me to read machine code than C++....

I do see part of your problem, you have a conflict in your maps vs movement generator for the first problem and I can see it from your crash report, this maybe the result of vehicle patch but the op-code isn't the right one, are you using playerbot or outdoorpvp? if playerbot update your repo because of some fixes by blueboy yesterday, and if OutdoorPVP drop it because of some changes made to the core pretty much killed it till it gets updated by UnkleNuke(he's been working really hard on it) now the op-code listed in the crash report is the same one I've seen for OutdoorPVP which on my server gets pushed every time I go to Zangramarsh but it didn't crash my server....why????

Thank you Wojta...I've been telling them that was what my 2 patches were....but instead of being allowed to try and help you while you were doing important stuff I got attitude. as for your fix yes it's pretty much the same as my patch but then the difference can be summed up as experience(yours) and coding difference's....

  17. That's the problem listed in the first post I need help with...I've leveled up to 85 with no problems other than on my server the xp bar doesn't show at all and I have no clue where in the source to fix this.... @ UnkleNuke I told you I was working on this last time on TS....lol!

I know Blizzard has moved up the max level to 85 for sometime now and MaNGOS has not but a few people have created FunServers with levels to 255, so I thought it would be nice if someone put up a patch with correct sql's to allow everyone to make this jump. Patch is set for rev 10309: http://daviper.pastebin.org/441320 Problems I need help with: 1) Getting XPBar to redisplay at level 80 and show to 85. 2) Verify the the pets data is correct because I didn't have 3 pets data and had to guess 3) Verify it all works.

Was there suppost to bee something after 1224? it looks complete to me considering I took wojta's repo and applied it to a clean mangos source fresh pulled and then repaired it(taking a few hoursto do) and then made your silly patch just so you can complain! all I can say is it isn't the Developers that are the real problem it's you lazy people considering I learned how to do this stuff from almost no knowledge and you can't even follow simple instructions and watch a video or two...

Kirix, I'm using that same patch myself with YTDB and I've dropped the firebomb part as well because it is in YTDB as well and I have had no trouble what so ever....other than the sql's are prehistoric and need to be updated badly...now Kirix I do know your an excellent C++ writer would you be so kind as to look at the ZM code and possibly find a proper way to handle the end part...ATM your forced to the center and click instead of going to the rep getting a flag and running it in with out getting jumped by opposing team(Warsong Gulch)....thats the only problem spot I've found with the exception of big map updates....

    Good luck on the AI, best if you write it in ProLog though....but don't lack off on the Logic Engine because it could be usefull for other things as well... The ASM project...thats a great Idea but also look at IDA Pro and they do give it away to students free and it has a lot of compatabilities...I know I use it almost daily for what I do in RL. and stupid papers are great because in RL if you get into any worthwile job your going to need this skill because there's always a Stupid person who will want to read Stupid Papers....lol
