Because this is not directly related to MaNGOS, this is not the place to ask this. However, the problem is one of the following; that either the username or password is incorrect, or that you don't have remote access enabled on the 'root' account. The first can be solved by entering the correct combination of the two. And the second can be solved by enabling remote access, for a guide go here

I remember running into this problem too, but I forgot how I fixed it.. Try MovementType=0. If that doesn't work, I'd try "UNIT_FLAG_PACIFIED" and "UNIT_FLAG_STUNNED"

First of all, are you talking about for MaNGOS or for WoW? If you're talking about MaNGOS, it'd be cool, yes, but it isn't very likely that it would be added for a bunch of reasons. If you're talking about WoW, this is definitely not the right spot to ask for this
