I looked into this, Found out if you look at the itemset.dbc It shows the 4 other items but they are numbers that are not on wowhead or in the server db. It looks like cause they are heroic items blizz changed the way the dbc reads. So we need it to go from the number it gives to the right number, or just copy the items and set them to the given numbers. 863,"Thrall's Regalia",0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,16712190,48841,48842,48843,48844,48845,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,67227,67228,0,0,0,0,0,0,2,4,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0 as you can see the 4 other items that the set looks for are set to 48841,48842,48843,48844,48845. Now if you look up the items they are not in wowhead, cause they are just a dummy item i think. Not sure if it would be core prob or as easy as to just make a dummy item for the set bonus to show up. As for the gems slots that is problly core bug.
