  1. Hey Thanks! We will have a look! But i don't think it is related to spellcaster GOs... the druid waterform quest chests are normal chests... i think ^^ But maybe... ^^ Big big thanks anyway!!!
  2. Hi everyone! We just found a problem with the respawn of gameobjects. There are some objects, we could not find a rule or scheme for it, that don't respawn after their given respawntime. Most famous objects are the chests of the druid water form. Although the respawn time is over they don't respawn at all. Only after sever restart they appear once. But once lootet they stay despawned. We tried it to set the respawntime to differnt time values vorm 1 second to 10 minutes but useless. Other gameobjects respawn as meant to do... Does anybody know this bug? Or has it something to do with the UDB settings of the object? It's kind of anoying to place all the druids the items into their inventory. But their are also other objects. We just implementet a custom server event with four almost identical gobjects, they just have different loot, the rest is equal. Three of them respawn, the fourth stays despawned... No idea why... (and of couse I used the search function... )

I'd like to ask if there is an easy way to separate the mangosd.conf value Rate.InstanceResetTime for heroic and raid instances so that it would be possible to configure the reset time of heroic and raid instances indepenandly. We would like to leave the heroic reset as it should be but decrease the raid reset 'cause there are not that much testers on your system so that it would be nice to allow them to raid more than once a week and rotate all the testers through. Thanks for answering!

  5. Hi Guys! On your server the community is currently abusing the SearchForGroup channel very much. The sell stuff in it and take it as an server wide chat. That's very disturbing for the players that want to use the channel in its original idea. We tried to tell them to join Channels like "World" or "Trade" but not all did and so all the traders continue in using the SearchForGroup channel 'cause there were more listeners than in den optinal channels. So is there a chance to force Players to join some spezific channels at login?
  6. Hi everyone! I'd like to ask how many chars your System can currently handle at a time. We have a Core 2 Quad Q6600 with 8 GB DDR2 MB on a linux Fedora Core 7 System running. But with VMaps turned on there is no chance to get more than 350-400 (depends on current instance teams) chars online. With more chars the lags get to extreme. Und even with VMaps turned off the char limit can at max be set to 600-650... resulting well known side effects So... how many chars at a time can you support and is there anybody with a nice solution to pimp up the limitations? Multi-threaded was a topic sometime age in this forum, but the development of this patch came to an end... (or are we to dump to do it right and you run thousends of chars?)
  7. Hi there! I always have the problem of not knowing how many items of a specific kind a player has in his inventory, bank or mail. The ".list item" command has some information about who has the item but not how many of it. Is it possible for someone to add the item count to the command? Thanks a lot!
