You're looking at DBC editing which is illegal. There are tonnes of guides about it on Google if you're super interested though. Also: I think that the Winterspring buildings are spawnable (they're classified as objects since they have special properties).

It's like the hardcore more in Diablo...This could definitely be great for those who want to have a Blizzlike challenge plus a little more...
