i got it to work on one computer, but when i transferred it to the host, it said "the application can not start because it is not configured right. reinstalling may fix this problem."

okay i read it but i'm lost, i'm more of a visual learner. and was wondering what the folder is supposed to look like at the end, i think i'm missing files but i'm not sure. can anybody help with this? here is what i have.
