    db quest levels for "Handle With Care" incorrectly too high

    In mangoszero.quest_template, the following fixes are required for quest 3022

    MinLevel change to 42 (currently 48)

    QuestLevel change to 47 (currently 49)

    I can confirm that this is indeed a bug. I have already made a [url=https://github.com/mangoszero/database/pull/30]pull request[/url] which addresses this issue and corrects it.
