Transports / boats are no longer working and will cause client freeze

When taking the boat from Menethil harbour to auberdine, you get stuck on the map loading screen.

This bug has been confirmed on 2 different transports.

Server build: x64 release (2-3 days old).

(Walking on or off any transport displays these errors:
