    [One][Two] GM Ticket Replies

    This is more of a report of my testing for lfxgroove / developers.

    [*]Creating tickets works
    [*]Replying to tickets does NOT work
    [*]Players do not see the "You have received a ticket reply" as in wrath, either the same reply system does not exist or there is a problem somewhere. Login in/out has no effect.

    MangosOne ticket system constantly shows "Your ticket will be serviced soon"

    I am given the impression by the TBC client that the 2 box GM reply window does exist in TBC as in Wrath.


    [*]Creating tickets works
    [*]Replying to tickets works - BUT is very slow and took over 5 minutes to appear on my test player's screen

    [*]Need more help button - Players clicking need more help button overwrites the original ticket and the players reply appears as a new ticket in the queue!
    [*]There is no survey shown to the player
    [*]GM reply to "Need more help" - GM reply does NOT appear even if notified as a GM that the ticket has been updated.
