Check transports on all cores are functioning correctly
Due to a few users over the past few months saying that "Boats are not moving" or are stuck out in the harbour, I have created this task.
Users experiencing transports on any core stuck can simply reply to this task and it will be checked out. Please include as much information as possible (including screenshots).
