[Quest] - (ID: 2458) BUG Can not complete

This is a [B]temporary fix[/B] so you can complete this quest. After you apply it, you will notice you will be able to speak to the quest giver, but he will not have a question mark above his head. My own knowledge is too limited to supply a full fix.
