Well, whole the problem is described in the title. There are Vilebranch Shadowcasters. Every time you get in combat with one of them (means at the start of combat, not during) he starts to cast (all) 2 his abilities (Shadow bolt + Shrink) at the same time. I can't find any info provided about how he actually should cast. But simultaneous cast of 2 spells seems rather illegal. Attached a screenshout as a proof
