mangos one Migration from OregonCore to MaNGOS Two

Since the OregonCore project is dead (literally), I decided to migrate to MaNGOS One because it looks much more optimized and a lot of people use it. The problem is that I have over 10,000 characters, 7,000 accounts and about 5,000 custom items. How can I transfer them to the new MaNGOS One database? Actually is the OregonCore's database exactly the same as MaNGOS One's database?

Both Oregon & Mangos (TBC), have different database structures; but doesn't mean it can't be migrated over. I've done a few migrations from Oregon to Mangos, but you do risk of corrupt character data to be honest.
