Not an easy question

welcome everyone .. 
We are a team and we want to work on wow server, but we are already going to start adding a new language..
But it seems that the game client does not support this language or the appropriate encoding for it UTF8 .. Is it really possible to modify the client to support this type of encoding so that we can add the new language and it appears correctly ??
 

Even after replacing the fonts used within the client, the language appears inverted and intermittent.

I know that ... the unofficial version of Russian vanilla wow. Its patched to allow their alphabet 'Cyrillic' when originally their was no support for those characters.
Can this really be achieved??

Try obtaining the Chinese client which is build 6141 and I believe supports UTF8 and see how you get on.
