[patch][7954] friendly Spellrange

Some spells differentiate between a friendly (unit-) target or unfriendly (e.g. penance, holy shock). This patch implements that feature.


Maybe this could be changed at some more places in the code where GetSpellMin/MaxRange() is used, but as there are only few spells using friendly range this should do it for now.
