Reloading Items

Anyone know a solution to Reloading The items which are in Database.

I have Lots of Items Daily I would like to reload into the game without restarting the server.

Would be near to impossible because every player, npc, and mob has some kind of items already loaded into the memory it wouldn't be impossible but would cause unnecessary complications, just reboot.

It's possible of course, but if you delete a items and directly reload, the server crash.
