[Bug] Instance Reset Timer

It seems the instance reset timer is stuck with high uptime . Eg : 20hours - days.

So, if its scheduled to reset another 10 hours. At first it ticks & it reset by itself later hours to original.

Hence, stuck

I've did some adjustment via core on resetting every instance reset timer to 7 hours. Refer here.
