i know it is not a big deal but all of the locks in my server asking for this.

http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45785 when you applied this glyph to your self it supposed to give %20 of spirit as a spellpower for 40 seconds.

but it doesnt work there is no buff or anything is happenning.

for anyone who spare sometime to fix this i have at least 40 or 50 locks who will be praying for you
